We are pleased to formally announce the launch of the official Marygrove Urban Leadership website!
As the College continues to implement the BOLD initiative, we would like to encourage the community—both internally and those outside the campus gates—to use this site. Here you will not only find useful content, resources and information about our initiative, you will also have the opportunity to share any BOLD-related stories, ideas, and events with readers.
We encourage you to share your stories about how Marygrove is making a difference in our community, by contacting email@example.com.
This is a reminder that the next Lunchtime Conversation will be held on Tuesday, October 22, from noon-1:15 p.m. in the Employee Lounge in the ground floor of Liberal Arts.
This conversation will address a question that has arisen in several different discussions of the BOLD project: Where’s the “urban” in our Urban Leadership principles? However, the question at hand is how these principles specifically relate to urban leadership. This is an issue that has been raised by a number of people. This discussion will give us the chance to do some focused thinking about clarifying this question. Jane Hammang-Buhl will facilitate the conversation.
Please plan to join us, and invite colleagues and students who would be interested in this timely and important subject.
Hope to see you there on Tuesday!!!!
