The Honors Convocation held in Alumnae Hall on Sunday was a wonderful celebration of our students and their accomplishments. As President Fike said in his address: “. . .(our) many gifted and dedicated students . . .truly embody our vision of tomorrow’s urban leaders.”
Thanks to our founders and sponsors, the Sisters, Servants of the Immaculate Heart of Mary (IHM) congregation who continue to inspire us, and kudos to our Administration, Faculty and Staff for leading and lighting the way.
So many folks had a “thumbprint” on this event – my thanks to you for your planning and participation!
If you were unable to attend, please know that your presence here at Marygrove was felt, valued, and very much a part of the spirit of the day. We are truly privileged to share in this learning community!

The Marygrove College HONORS CONVOCATION 2013 will take place on Sunday, March 24, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. in Sacred Heart Chapel.
ACADEMIC ATTIRE is REQUIRED for all faculty and staff participating in the Academic PROCESSION – Honors, Baccalaureate and Commencement.
If you order academic regalia for Honors Convocation, you may keep and use the attire through Commencement.

Rentals usually arrive a week prior to the event (plenty of time to steam/press :+) and can be picked up in the Bookstore.
