Alumni Event: DETROIT ’67 Stagecrafters at The Baldwin Theatre

Detroit67_ShowPage_Update“It’s the summer of 1967 in the Motor City. Outside, the sunbaked streets sizzle in the heat, but in Michelle and Langston’s basement blind pig, the rhythm of Motown keeps a cool, steady beat as the brother and sister work to make ends meet. But trouble is brewing, and when a nearby police raid sparks a riot, their lives and the life of their city changes forever.  Detroit ’67 evokes the music and spirit of a pivotal time in history.”

Join Marygrove Alums at the Theatre’s 2nd Stage (elevator accessible) in our reserved seating section of the theatre. The performance entrance is located on the south side of the building.
