Buy a Glass of Lemonade: Support Continuing Education’s Youth Entrepreneur Program

6921417837_2c6b6e6312_nOn Friday, July 24, children involved in Continuing Education’s Youth Entrepreneur Program “Y.E.P Detroit!” will be selling delicious lemonade on campus from 12 pm to 2 pm outside the front entrance of the Madame Cadillac Building. Also, they will be visiting offices on campus to promote the sale. Please come out and support us and feel free to invite family and friends.

The proceeds of the sale will be donated to a local Children’s Charity!!

For the past two weeks children in the program have been discussing with their instructor Ms Sherika Cheney, Entrepreneurship, money management, and marketing. This includes the planning process and execution of a product, pricing, promotion and distribution of ideas, goods and services to crate changes that satisfy individual and organizational objectives.

Children also learn how to write a business plan, explore concepts of business, and gain value and experience for the day students go into business or work in a business.

We look forward to your support on Friday, July 24!

Lemonade and water will be sold outside the Front Entrance of the Madame Cadillac Building.
