Come hear these fine students explore complex and difficult literary texts: Gertrude Stein’s Tender Buttons, Grace Paley’s Collected Stories, Harryette Mullen’s Sleeping with the Dictionary, Eliza Griswold’s, I Am the Beggar of the World: Landays from Contemporary Afghanistan, and Claudia Rankine’s Citizen.
