We are pleased to announce the winter Lunchtime Conversation Series schedule. As always, please come with ideas, suggestions, and issues related to improving the value and reach of our faculty development awards. The conversations will be held in the Employee Lounge on the ground floor of Liberal Arts from noon till 1:15 on each date.
Tuesday, January 28:
A wide-ranging conversation about faculty members’ on-going scholarly and creative projects. All who would like to discuss their current activities are welcome to share their projects, findings, approaches, and so on. If you’re interested in taking part, please let me know.
Tuesday, February 18:
An important discussion about the faculty development awards program. Please come with ideas, suggestions, and issues related to improving the value and reach of our faculty development awards.
Tuesday, March 25:
A discussion of the works of this year’s guest artist in the Contemporary American Authors Lecture Series, US Poet Laureate Natasha Trethewey, in preparation for her visit on April 4.
