Fill out your FAFSA now and win an iPad or a Barnes and Noble gift card

The fall semester may sipadeem like it’s a long way off, but there are several reasons to take care of your FAFSA, your financial aid file, and your registration today.

As an incentive to act now, those of you who file your FAFSA early will automatically be entered into a weekly drawing for a chance to win a $50 Barnes and Noble gift card.

But it gets better.

Everyone who files their FAFSA by June 1 will be automatically entered into our drawing for a chance to win an iPad! If these aren’t enough reasons to act now, you should know that you’ll also be missing out on:

  • More money for your Marygrove education
An early FAFSA filing not only means that you’ll avoid late fees, but you’ll also have access to more financial aid—especially the $1500 Michigan Tuition Grant (deadline is June 1).
  • A class schedule that fits your needs
Early registrations means flexibility. Why? Because every class, every section is open to your choice. Come fall, that’s going to change. Design your fall schedule around your needs, not everyone else’s.
  • A personalized payment plan
Now that you have the schedule you’ve always wanted, you can ensure that you don’t lose classes by setting up a payment plan that will cover any costs not covered by financial aid.
  • A room in Florent-Gillet Residence Hall
Space in the Florent-Gillet will be limited next year. And keep in mind that you’ll have to demonstrate an ability to pay—either through financial aid or through a payment plan—before you can move in. Act now and you’ll also have better odds of ending up with the roommate of your choice.
  • An opportunity to get to know your Student Service Representative early
We are committed to your success at Marygrove—that’s why we pair every student with a Student Service Representative who will work with you from your first course until you walk off the stage with your diploma. Stop by the Student Service Center and meet your Student Service Representative early!
