Marygrove Visual and Performing Arts Events: Jan. – April, 2013

The Gallery - Marygrove College

The Gallery – Marygrove College

The events calendar for the Division of Visual & Performing Arts is indicative of Marygrove’s commitment to quality arts programming not only for its student body, but for the enrichment of children and adults throughout the metropolitan Detroit area.

Increasing arts awareness and knowledge is a mission, goal and an achievement of Marygrove College. For this reason, several events have master classes or workshops scheduled to coincide with the performances. We hope that the series of art, dance, music and theater performances will engage and excite audiences and demonstrate our desire to build upon and enhance the cultural fabric of our community. Theater performances are the work of the University of Detroit Mercy Theatre Compnay.

A number of activities in the Visual & Performing Arts Division Events Calendar are made possible in part by support form the Kresge Foundation, the Erb Family Foundation and the National Endowment for the Arts.

All performances, classes and exhibitions are free and open to the public unless otherwise noted.
